I had this for a little less than a year. I've drilled cement the whole time with it, setting anchor screws. It's done great, never breaks a sweat, never a hint of problem.

br /Not a problem like the previous reviewer has encountered. I do agree, this is like a 1/2" powered product. It's not super industrial I'm guessing......but it's still running strong and I've put it through the ropes so far.

i've distroyed 2 of these drills before and i'm going to buy my third one soon. typically the gear system breaks down and i have to chuck the drill. i know perfectally well what i'm getting myself into every time i buy one of these. it may say its a 3/4 hammer drill but it more like a 1/2 hammer drill.
