You can't go wrong with this tool. Bosch tools consistently rank at the top of product comparisons with good reason. I have had this tool (without the bluecore battery) for nearly 9 months now and have put it through every imaginable use. It has performed flawlessly.

I've had several drills over the years...from the cheap to expensive...this drill works in tight areas, batteries seem to last twice as long as previous drill and it has the power to drill any size screw...I really like this drill...

I bought this 18V Bosch to replace an old 14V Makita cordless that was several years old. My son is an electrician and told me Bosch is probably the best in terms of quality cordless drills out on the market today. It charges very fast (less than 30 min.) and the torque this 3/8" drill delivers is incredible. The drill is not very heavy and is ergonomically designed and well balanced in all positions. I also like their new Bluecore battery technology designed to cool the batteries which hopefully results in longer battery life. I picked this up for under $150.00.

I've only had this 18 volt cordless drill for a few weeks, and haven't put it to use in a large project yet, but I have put it to a few tests and it passes with flying colors. It feels 'tight' and 'solid' when I pull the trigger, unlike other drills I've owned. It backed a screw out of my deck that I had not been able to remove with a 19.5 volt drill, and even an electric drill that had failed. I am impressed!

I replaced my ailing Dewalt with this Bosch and it is amazing how well it out-performs all other drill/drivers. It has great power and a good grip handle. The quality and design are unmistakeable as they provide ample ability to tackle any job. It's like drilling into butter.

I couldn't be happier. It has the standard Bosch quality that I have come to expect. It is beefy, the battery charge lasts a long time, and it is even more powerful than I had hoped it would be. Also has a great carrying case (like all Bosch tools).

I've owned this drill for a couple of years and have had a good luck with it. The chuck works fine, it has good speed control, fine balance and excellent battery life with fast charges. I like the generously sized bit holder in the front.

br /My only complaint is one of ergonomics. While using the drill it is very easy to turn the inner torque adjustment ring and the drill will slip when you don't want it too. I should be harder to move since you often hold the drill there when using two hands and it is very annoying when it moves.

Well balanced and powerful drillmotor. I have worked in construction field for 40 years and used many top brand cordless tools. This Bosch drill was still a pleasant surprise. Long lasting batteries store a lot of spunk and the cost of 2 of these with charger is close to [...]. So this package is priced very well!

Have owned this drill for a couple of years and while it performed well in use, the batteries are the achilles heel of this drill. Almost immediately, one of the batteries started to underperform and within a year, I was essentially down to one battery. Despite careful charging, within a couple of years both batteries are shot from hobby / home use. Replacement batteries are more than the cost of the whole kit. Would recommend some of the new generation of lithium batteries over this clunker.

I have only had this drill a short time but I am already impressed with its power and battery life. Should have replaced my old Craftsman a long time ago.
